The rapid quenching unit is composed of multiple chamber furnaces or hood furnaces (either electric heating or gas heating) and a quenching operation vehicle to form a rapid quenching unit production line. The production line can also be equipped with multiple different furnace types according to the user's output and process requirements. The number of furnaces and furnace types can be freely combined.
The production line can meet different production processes such as quenching, tempering, normalizing (air cooling), annealing, tempering and other heat treatment processes. The furnace temperature is 1200 ℃, 950 ℃, 700 ℃ and other temperatures. Temperature uniformity: quenching furnace ≤ ± 10 ℃; tempering furnace ≤ ± 5 ℃.
The production line is equipped with a rapid launch (oil) quenching operation vehicle, which can move up, down, left and right, and back and forth in six directions. After the heat treatment of the workpiece is completed, the operation truck quickly enters the furnace and forks the workpiece out of the furnace chamber, and quickly falls into the pool or quenching liquid pool. The entire transfer process can be controlled within 30 seconds.
The unit has high production efficiency, stable product quality, and convenient equipment operation, thus ensuring the heat treatment quality of the workpiece.
