The alloy steel heat treatment unit consists of multiple chamber furnaces or hood furnaces (either electric heating or gas heating), an air-cooled chamber and a heat treatment operation vehicle to form a heat treatment unit production line. The production line can also be equipped with multiple different furnace types according to the user's output and process requirements. The number of furnaces and furnace types can be freely combined.
The production line can meet different production processes such as normalizing (air cooling), annealing, tempering and other heat treatment processes. The furnace temperature is 1100 ℃, 950 ℃, 650 ℃ and other temperatures. Temperature uniformity: normalizing furnace ≤ ± 10 ℃; tempering furnace ≤ ± 5 ℃.
The production line is equipped with a heat treatment operation vehicle that can move up, down, left and right, and back and forth. After the heat treatment of the workpiece is completed, the operation truck quickly enters the furnace and forks the workpiece out of the furnace chamber and places it in the air-cooled room. The entire transfer process is fast and convenient.
